Refund Policy –
For retail Customers:
Considering the nature of our business, there are several services to be rendered to deliver a Digital Signature Certificate to the end user and all these services add to the cost. By this view, Xtratrust CA makes it very clear that in case the process for certificate issuance is initiated, Xtratrust CA will not provide any refund.
For Registration Authorities
In case of Registration Authority (RA), the refund may be requested within seven days from making the payment. The request will be honoured only if there are NO pending dues to be collected and if all the regulatory standards (like submission of forms, etc) are followed by the requesting RA.
Product Commercials
The commercials for Digital Signature Certificate and USB Cryptographic tokens is available on our website www.xtratrust.com. The commercials are subject to periodic review and change as deemed without any prior notice to anybody. Such change, if any, would come into effect from the date of publishing.
No warranties
This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Xtratrust CA & XtraTrust DigiSign Pvt. Ltd express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
